About Us

Moved by the plight of the orphan and destitute children unloved, uncared for and no one to call their own, late Mr. Almadi founded Bal Sadan in the year 1992 and worked till his demise in 1995. Subsequently few other like-minded public-spirited workers joined him. Bal Sadan was then registered in 1993, as a society under the registration of Societies Act 1860.

As the donations started trickling in, there was an increase in the number of children. The society moved from a home in the Haripur village into a bigger hired accommodation with slightly better facilities. we now have our own building in Sector 12-A, Panchkula that the children, can call their own home. From a humble beginning, Bal Sadan has taken firm roots and is growing with the support of an large, cohesive and enthusiastic team of volunteers. Financial contributions come in from our increasing number of well wishers.
